To invite an influencer, you need to register and verify your account. Once verified, browse through our influencers, check their availability and locations, select your preferred schedule, and click “Invite.” Proceed to the checkout to confirm your booking.

Yes, you can invite multiple influencers or create group bookings. Simply click “Continue Booking” in your wallet if you wish to add more influencers to your experience.

Each meeting typically lasts for 3 hours, providing ample time for a meaningful interaction and experience.

 If you wish to extend your meeting, you’ll need to send another invitation based on the influencer’s availability. This allows for flexible scheduling and additional time together.

No, you do not need to pay for the influencer’s transportation to or from your location. Our platform ensures that your chosen influencer is available in your preferred area.

To cancel a booking please send an email to our support at support@imvitada.com and ask for the meeting cancellation.

Yes, we do offer weekend and after-hours services. However, availability depends on the influencer’s schedule and their open time slots.

Policy on Cancellations

 You can cancel a meeting or service without any penalty or fee if the cancellation is made within 91 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

Yes, cancellations made within 90 minutes prior to the scheduled time of a meeting or service may incur a penalty or fee, as specified on the platform.

 If you cancel within 90 minutes prior to the scheduled time and a penalty applies (as indicated on the platform), a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be deducted from your account.

Refund for Non-Appearance of Service Provider

Please note that Imvitada is dedicated to facilitating genuine connections and experiences. While we strive for every engagement to be successful, we have this policy in place to protect your interests and guarantee a fair and satisfactory outcome.

If a Service Provider fails to appear for a scheduled engagement, Imvitada has you covered. You are entitled to a full refund of any fees you paid for the engagement. 

To initiate a refund due to non-appearance, you must email support@imvitada.com  within 12 hours of the scheduled engagement. This timely notification ensures that we can take swift action to address the issue.

Imvitada takes your concerns seriously. After receiving your notification, we will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. Depending on the findings, appropriate actions will be taken. This may include removing the Service Provider from the platform to prevent similar incidents.

Imvitada is committed to resolving these matters efficiently. If a refund is deemed appropriate, we will process it within 4-7 business days of receiving your notification. Our goal is to ensure that you have a seamless and rewarding experience on our platform.

Booking and Payment

To secure your booking, payment must be completed within 15 minutes of extending an invitation to your desired companion.

Imvitada accepts payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for your convenience.

Service Provider/ Influencer

A “Service Provider” refers to any account holder on the Imvitada platform who offers services such as accompanying users for purposes of tourism, entertainment, friendship, and wholesome companionship. These services are exclusively for public settings and do not include any services of a sexual nature, escort services, or any services that violate the terms and conditions of the platform.

Service Providers may offer a range of services, including accompanying users to events, social gatherings, or any other public setting where the user may benefit from the presence of a companion. These services must strictly adhere to the platform’s terms and conditions and must not involve any illegal or immoral activities.

Yes, meetings with Service Providers must only take place in public settings. Service Providers are prohibited from providing services that involve meetings at private residences or any other non-public locations. Users are responsible for understanding and adhering to this guideline.

Meetings with Service Providers outside of public places are not authorized by Imvitada and are done at the user’s own risk. The platform shall not be liable for any damages or harm that may result from meetings between users and Service Providers in non-public locations.

Any violation of the terms and conditions of the platform by a user may result in immediate suspension or termination of their account, as well as any legal action deemed necessary by Imvitada. We take user safety and adherence to our policies seriously to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
